Rental Rates

We proudly offer a full line of hybrid-style bikes, hardtail mountain bikes, hybrid-style pedal assist electric bikes, kids bikes, Burley child trailers, and car racks. E-bike riders must be 16 years of age with a valid drivers license. Road bikes are available, call for availability. Helmets and locks are provided with each rental bike. HELMET USE IS REQUIRED. A credit card is required for all rentals (NO CASH PAYMENTS). A refundable deposit may be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation.

Exculpatory Agreement and Release 
It is expressly agreed that the use and/or operation of any Woody’s Bicycles rental bicycle and equipment by the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “user”) is at the user’s sole risk., and user assumes any and all risk from the use and/or operation of any Woody’s Bicycles bicycle and equipment. It is further expressly agreed that Woody’s Bicycles and its directors, officers, representatives, and agents (including but not limited to any entity acting as a Woody’s Bicycles  (pick-up/drop-off point) shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, and actions or causes of action whatsoever to the user or any other person arising out of or connected with the use and/or operation of any Woody’s Bicycles  bicycle and equipment. User holds Woody’s Bicycles  harmless and does hereby expressly forever release and discharge Woody’s Bicycles  from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, and from all acts of active and passive negligence on the part of Woody’s Bicycles  
The user hereby agrees that this rental period will start and end at the times and dates listed in the reservation, and also agrees to return to pick-up and drop-off location on the day the rental ends. The renter also agrees to return the rented bicycle and equipment in the same order and condition in which they were received, and agrees to be financially responsible for loss or damages to the bicycle(s) and equipment rented under this agreement, up to the full amount of replacement cost and related recovery, repair, and/or procurement expenses. The renter agrees that the credit card used to secure this rental will be charged to cover such expenses.

Under Tennessee Law, an adventure tourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in adventure tourism activities resulting from the inherent risks of such activities, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, title 11, chapter 11.

Thanks for submitting! We will call, text, and or e-mail you with a confirmation of your reservation and any further questions we may have. Special arrangements must be made to pick-up or drop off rental bikes after business hours. Local delivery is available for an additional charge. We are very accommodating but please plan accordingly. Please fill out our online Rental Agreement Form to make the pick-up process as seamless as possible.
